Man, have I been dying to share this wedding! Charlie and Lucy married earlier this summer, and their fun-filled Farnham Castle wedding was definitely one of my favourites of the year!
Fun and laid-back couples are my jam!
I first met these two on their Botany Bay engagement shoot – and I knew then that they were going to be a dream to photograph. They were absolute naturals in front of the camera from the get-go, I barely even had to give them any direction.
It was quite the same on their wedding day as well – so much joy, fun and excitement, producing such naturally emotive photos. Not to mention the fact that they’re both GORGEOUS (if I’m honest, they made my job easy!)
Farnham Castle Wedding Venue in Surrey
Lucy & Charlie chose the elegant Farnham Castle in Surrey to host their special day – a venue that I would highly recommend for so many reasons! Best-bits would include the hilarious (not a term I’d normally use!) ceremony – Lucy’s sisters wrote a poem-with-a-twist about the pair’s relationship (which essentially just turned into a roasting of Charlie!) – and their quiz game played during the wedding breakfast, where guests would hold up a picture of either the bride or groom in answer to some fairly embarrassing questions!
