Today I’m sharing with you Jenny & Clay’s beautiful Nettlestead Place wedding. These two met at University where they studied Medieval History and Literature. With Jenny living in England and Clay studying abroad from America, the sometimes long-distance struggles cemented their relationship even further.
Jenny & Clay married at St Mary’s Church in Goudhurst. This was followed by a reception at the stunning Nettlestead Place in Maidstone. With it’s vast array of Kent garden backdrops, there were endless opportunities for photos! They served afternoon tea in the gardens whilst enjoying the start of the British summer sun, before heading to the marquee for the evening meal, speeches and dancing.
And boy, was there dancing! Jenny and Clay arranged for a Ceilidh band to entertain everyone after the first dance. So much fun and a great way to get everyone involved. I loved this wedding and am so pleased to be finally sharing some of the best photos from the day.
